Hello & Welcome
Throughout the years, our club has evolved significantly, progressing from a small group of locals paddling on the River Crouch to the vibrant sea kayak club it is today, embracing newcomers and seasoned kayakers alike.
Every Wednesday during the season, we gather at Burnham Sailing Club for a collective paddle on the River Crouch. All are welcome to utilise the clubhouse facilities, where a tasty menu awaits on Wednesday evenings, or simply relax with a beverage on the balcony, taking in the picturesque river views and breathtaking sunsets.
The River Crouch provides an ideal setting for beginners to develop fundamental skills and techniques while familiarising themselves with the various water dynamics influenced by the tides.
In addition to our regular outings on the River Crouch, the club arranges various trips and events throughout the year to different locations.
We encourage our members to contribute ideas not only for trips but also for enhancing the overall functioning and experience of our club.

For those without their own equipment, everything you need can be rented from us.
